  The Spring TA Program Musical will be “Songs for a New World” by Jason Robert Brown. This production is done as a course and requires an audition to join as a performer.  Auditions – TA 218 Musical Theatre Practicum – Thursday Nov 2 nd , 6-9pm Little Center.  Room TBD: Either Classroom or Experimental. Many plays have scenes where characters are expressing love or physical intimacy. Holding hands. Hugs. Stage Kisses. Physical closeness. Would you like to learn more about how to work on those scenes where two or more characters come into physical contact?  Would you like to learn some tools and techniques for how to make space for honest conversations around consent in theatrical work and how to engage in blocking these types of scenes in a collaborative and respectful way?   Kate Montcrief from WPI, a certified intimacy coordinator, will be joining us in the Michelson Theatre on Sat October 21st for a workshop in theatrical intimacy from noon to 1pm.
