Sense and Sensibility Tech crew -

Thank you to everyone who filled out the interest form for technical theatre involvement. 

Here are the crew assignments:

To Do:

1) All Crew - pick up a copy of the script from the TA office on the second floor of the Little Center and read through it before next Thursday Sept 28th. You can return this copy when you are done with it to the office. You can also watch the movie with Emma Thompson to learn the story.  3 ring binders of the script will be provided to each crew lead by next week at the production meeting on Sept 28th for use on the show. 

2) Check your availability for tech week with the calendar posted on this call board and the physical call board outside the TA program offices. If there are any conflicts, email Jessie jdarrell@clarku.edu and Jest kspickler@clarku.edu immediately. 

Leads ONLY  - you should plan to attend the weekly Production Meetings on Thursdays from 12noon-1pm in the Michelson (currently we are meeting in the lobby because the weather is so nice) starting this week - Sept 21st. 

If a Lead cannot attend: they need to discuss with the rest of their team to determine who is able to be the representative for that team. Email Jest and Jessie with this information by Sunday Sept 24th and send them with any information that is pertinent to the group and/or questions they have for the group/TD/PM/Director to the next production meeting (Sept 28th).

**All people involved with the TA program show are welcome and encouraged to attend the weekly production meeting, however, only the Leads or their designated representatives are required to do so.**
