Auditions for VPA’s fall production, Sense and Sensibility, (Adaptation by Kate Hamill) will be held on Monday, September 11, from 5 to 7 pm in the Little Center Theatre.  The production will be directed by MaryBeth DeKara.  

 

Actors are asked to prepare a 1-min monologue (dramatic or comic). You can also choose a monologue from the show (sides will be provided in the coming days via e mail).  Please sign up for an audition slot using the following link:

We’re looking for 5-8 actors.  All actors will be considered for all roles regardless of race, gender identity and expression, age, and/or disability. All but two roles will be playing multiple characters. The tracks for these characters are subject to change. The roles of Marianne and Elinor will not double. 

Callbacks (if necessary) will be held Thursday, September 14 from 6-8 pm.

First rehearsal will be Sunday Sept 17th from 2-5pm. 

Rehearsals will be Sundays from 2-5, Tuesdays from 6-9, and Thursdays from 6-9 in the Michelson Theatre. 

Tech is Nov 2 to Nov 8th. 

The play will be produced November 9-12 in the Michaelson Theatre (Little Center).
