First Production Meeting for Assassins Sept 8th at 12 noon!!

🎭Calling all Assassins production team members, Theatre Club production representatives (CMT, CUPS, Improv clubs), and Dance Clubs representatives (Hip Hop Collab, etc):

It's time for our first production meeting of the semester. These weekly meetings are designed to keep the productions on campus running smoothly, supported properly, and most importantly, keep us all communicating so our individual productions can be as successful as possible! 

What do you need to know about Production meetings?

💫 First of all - these meetings are to facilitate communication, so PRIOR to the meeting on Thursday - one representative (or a team) from each org needs to be selected to be responsible for sending the weekly agenda to Jessie by 10am on Thursday. If we don't have your agenda, we don't know what you need. 

What's an agenda? It's the questions or needs your production team has identified in the previous week that they need support for or that they have learned about. Anything having to do with equipment borrowing, costume pulling, space access, scheduling of load-ins, tech, or strike are all items that should be on your agenda. 

Jessie will aim to share each weeks agenda via the TA production drive prior to the meeting, but may not always have time to catch everything. This first meeting Jessie is collecting contact info for production teams so that everyone can be added to the Drive. 

Here's who needs to attend: 

💥All production leads from the TA program show Assassins. For example: lead lights would be the Lighting Designer. Lead production dept. would be the Stage Manager. Directors for TA shows must attend TA production meetings.

💥One (1) representative from each student club from their production team who can speak to every aspect of the production AND one member of the Stage Management team. Example: If the CUPS SM can speak to all the production needs for the show except the lighting needs, the CUPS lights team needs to send one of their team to the meeting. Directors for club shows do not need to attend, but are always welcome.

How people can attend: 

💥In-person. Meeting will happen in the main theatre space of the Little Center. If the space is new to you, walk in the main doors under the marquee sign and straight through the wooden double doors into the theatre space. 

💥Zoom. Join us via a Zoom link that will be posted here on the Call Board Thursday by 9am.
